Digital Art class policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU ARE AGREEING WITH THE FOLLLOWING TERMS WITH US.

 

Cancellation and refund policies for Online / Onsite session:

  • Full refund will be provided if informed 24 hours before the session start date.

  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE STUDENTS STARTS THE SESSION.

  • Monthly Payment includes 4 classes per month. Any extra week will be closed.

  • No prorate or refunds for absences.

COURSE AND CLASSROOM POLICIES:

  • STUDENT'S ABSENCE MUST BE INFORMED AHEAD OF TIME THROUGH EMAIL TO GET THE MAKEUP SESSION. IF NOT INFORMED STUDENT'S ABSENCE 1-2 DAYS BEFORE OR AT LEAST 3-4 HOURSE BEFORE SESSION STARTS, MAKEUP WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED AS WE PAY THE TEACHER TO CONDUCT THE SESSION 

  • STUDENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING ALL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT, APPS ETC.

  • TEACHERS ARE DEDICATED TO PROVIDE REQUIRED TEACHNIQUES AND MEHTODS TO TEACH AND ENHANCE SKILLS IN ALL STUDENTS. HOW MUCH A STDUDENT IS ABLE TO GRASP OR LEARN IS TOTALLY DEPENDS ON EACH INDIVIDUAL ARTIST.

  • COMPLITION OF CERTIFICATION WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY IF A STUDENTS ATTENDS ALL SESSIONS AND COMPLETES THE ASSIGNMENTS ON TIME TO THE MARK.
